Mediation

We have been learning about using mediation as a way to solve our problems.

We made up different problems and did role plays to practise the mediation process.

During this process we also learnt how to create a video using the iPad.

House Spirit Day

We had so much fun building the spirit of our four school houses Kiwi, Tui, Kaka, Weka.

We had to practise a chant and skit in our house and then present it to the judges.

We have spent a lot of time talking about 'Peace' and 'Conflict'.

Swimming Sports

We had so much fun at our swimming sports on Friday.

We each choose three events that we were confident at competing in.

These events ranged in ability from running across the pool to swimming freestyle.

We have been learning how to get on our class blog and find the literacy (reading and writing) and maths games.

We all sorted them in different ways.
